Dress Code:

Fernley Elementary School has adopted a uniform code of dress that includes a standardized uniform. The uniform is to be worn at school.
The uniform consists of the following:
Top - the top is navy blue or gray. Shirts must be plain except for the school emblem (school emblem not required). Shirts can be polo or crewneck.
Bottom - tan/khaki or navy blue in color and can include pants, capris, shorts, skirts, or skorts. NO JEANS.
Girls may wear tan/khaki or navy jumpers or polo dresses.
An "undershirt" may be worn under the uniform shirt. The undershirt needs to be tucked in at the waist with no undershirt showing between the uniform top and the uniform bottom.
It is expected that students should come to school clean, well groomed, and in the school uniform.
Pants that sag or skirts or shorts that are too short are not appropriate.
Students who violate the dress code will receive a phone call home and parents will be required to bring proper attire to school.
Free Dress Fridays will be at the discretion of the Principal. A phone call will announce the days.

Fernley Elementary School is a "Bully Free Zone." Click below for more information.
